When you book a session, create an account, or contact us, we collect information like your name, email address, phone number, and payment details. If you take lessons with us, we also keep records related to your sessions — scheduling, attendance, and instructor notes — so we can deliver and improve our services.
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the studio, each of which processes it under their own privacy and security terms:
If you provide a mobile phone number, we may use it to send appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and occasional studio updates by text message. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
Your information is stored with providers that encrypt data in transit and at rest. Access to client records within our systems is limited to studio staff who need it to do their jobs.
Staff may optionally connect a Google account to the Dashboard. Calendar access is used to create, update, and remove studio lesson and mentor-training events on the connected calendar. Those events may contain client names, session details, and lesson notes. If a staff member enables Google Calendar booking protection, we also read free/busy start and end times to check availability; we do not read personal event titles or descriptions for that feature. Authorized studio administrators may see those busy times, but not personal event details.
Administrators may separately enable Google Contacts sync to create contacts from studio client and guardian names, email addresses, and phone numbers in their connected Google account. This is an outbound sync, not an import of their personal address book.
We store authorization tokens and connection settings in our server-side database to operate these integrations. Tokens are not exposed to Dashboard browsers. We use Google account data only to provide these integrations, not for advertising, sale, or training general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect Calendar in Schedule settings or Contacts in the Dashboard's Contacts sync settings, or revoke access through your Google Account permissions. Dashboard disconnect removes the stored connection credentials. Disconnecting does not automatically delete calendar events or contacts already created in Google; you can manage those in Google. Studio booking and client records remain subject to the retention needs described below.
You can ask us to update or delete your account information at any time by contacting us below. Some records — like payment and billing history — may need to be retained for tax and accounting purposes even after an account is closed.
If we make material changes to how we handle your information, we'll update this page and note the revision date above.
